About Dylan Jeffrey
Over 10 years ago I joined the workforce at 14. In that time I have tried my hand at a lot. From a bagger at the local Co-Op, to plastics fabrication, marketing and local I.T. support to now managing IT support for 12 stores across Houston TX. It has shown me that you need to take the opportunities to learn and run with them. It is how I have made my way along this path.As I look forward to what is next I want to know what I can immerse myself in and learn. In my current job I have learned about setting up and racking server equipment, working remotely with a team and what it takes to do it successfully, finding solutions to customer needs whether it be shoppers or team members.The desire to learn bleeds over to my hobbies and over the past few years I have been trying to nurture that. I have been into skateboarding, rock climbing, axe throwing, and lately a fair bit of gaming. With every fall, misplaced foot, bad aim, or maneuver you have the opportunity to grow. One of my teachers in my brief stint at DMACC told me you learn more in the times you mess up than in the times you are perfect. Its something that has been in my head since and I really believe in.I try to take that mentality into my work. Own up to your mistakes, learn what could have changed or been done better and apply it to what you do next. I know it sounds corny or overly plain but its true. If I have the chance to work with you I hope we can grow and learn together.

Senior Technology Support Specialist
This is a onsite field support role managing I.T. support for 12 local locations and 6 remote. Things like rush trips to support New Orleans locations with 2-4 days notice.Lead onsite support for 9 stores in getting self checkout equipment put in.
