The Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE) Assistant Lead Counselor is responsible for assisting with the oversight of one unit of ACE, which ranges from 2 to 5 Counselors and from 10 to 50 children. Primary responsibilities of this position include the development and execution of programming emphasizing aviation, space, robotics, engineering, and other STEM subjects, assisting in the coordination of weekly schedules, and assisting in leading ACE Counselor staff.

The Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE) Counselor is the primary caregivers up to 32 campers. Counselors are responsible for teaching and coordinating activities which cultivate camper’s personal growth and daily living skills. One is expected to create a safe, fun, and educational camp environment and provide excellent customer service when working with ACE clientele. Additional duties may include assisting with the extended care programs and planning, preparing, and executing activities for future camps.
