Program Coordinator, Census And Staffing
Current-Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfer of patients within the University of Washington's medical network in partnership with the nursing supervisor.-Implement appropriate staffing levels for the hospital by communicating with medical staff through the use of meetings, Microsoft Teams, and in person rounding.-Provide administrative support to the only level one trauma center serving the states of Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana.-Develop and prepare medical staff license/registration reports in compliance with the Washington Department of Health.
