Customer Service Repersentative:Operating from a CRM system. Retrieving data on clients and individuals in order to investigate fraud. Often used this information to create a report based on data gathered from excel options such as diagrams, calculations and tables. Then use this data to action relevant parties. Make contact with restaurants on potential partnerships. Investigate fraud. Update bank details. Change opening/closing times. Action fraud. Conduct weekly "huddle" (updates of changes throughout the business). Update all user accounts. Ban/delete users accounts. Review legal documents for approval. All of which was done through a CRM system, databases and Excel sheets. Maintained a professionalism manner in regards to keeping in line with protected data of users. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.Monitor:Second role presented to me in Uber. Monitoring the changes of availability of online couriers against live orders of trips requested. Changing the availability of restaurants to users across UK, Dubai,South Africa, Sweden, France & Netherlands. Information gathered from a live excel sheet. This Excel sheet would identify potential threats to the availability of restaurants. From this, I would analyse the data and then make a report and send it to the relevant team where they would decide on what step for me to take next based on my data reports.Recieved the Quality Cup for 5 weeks running which identified employee of the week.
