Staffing 30-40 openings at a time, I attained the team's quickest time-to-fill by taking a LEAN methodologies approach, focusing on the time constraints of each aspect within the recruitment process. I accomplished this by centering all activities around hiring manager and candidate experience, while continuously learning the business to understand each opening.

I handled passive candidate searches for mid-level positions, searching for customer-oriented, diverse candidates who also had leadership potential. What helped me be an effective sourcer was applying a business-facing approach to the traditionally technical role and ensuring I learned each candidate’s interests to align them with Allstate’s employee value proposition.

After moving to Chicago, I began my career with contract roles in HRIS and full life cycle recruiting for a startup. The majority of my time was with Williams Lea, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL, where I worked across HR teams during the onboarding of their new HRIS team in India.
