Updater makes moving easier for the 11 million households that relocate every year in the US. With Updater, users seamlessly forward mail, transfer utilities, connect TV and internet, and much more. Thousands of the most prominent real estate companies in the US (from real estate brokerages to multifamily and relocation companies) rely on Updater’s real estate products to save clients hours with a branded and personalized Updater moving experience.

As Jelli's VP of Product, I am passionately focused on building the best product features for audio advertisers. At Jelli, we believe the audio listening experience is paramount, and everyday, we come to work inspired to improve this experience, while maintaining the unique companionship that audio provides.As the VP of Product, I manage a team of talented PMs and Designers, and help us maximize our impact for iHeartMedia, and the audio industry. I focus on the long term roadmap, strategic investments and initiatives, and contribute to iHeart's overall strategy.

Following the acquisition of Jelli by iHeartMedia, I was immediately asked to take on a major new undertaking: iHeart AdBuilder, the first self-service audio buying platform, built specifically for small and mid-size businesses.The product was first vetted through focus group interviews, both for form as well as function. Next, we set about launching an MVP, and launched this in September of 2019. Within 1-year, the product had blown past most KPIs, and had been selected by AdExchanger as the 2020 Winner for Innovation in Audio.

As the Director of Product at Jelli, I continued to manage our self-serve DSP, but also took on management of the Product Team, and higher level Product Management functions, including roadmap preparation and strategic planning. I was also asked to begin vetting an audio buying solution for small business owners, which we would launch in September of 2019 in partnership with iHeartMedia, who would soon acquire Jelli.

As a Senior PM at Jelli, my initial responsibilities revolved around SpotPlan, the first programmatic DSP for broadcast radio. I was charged with modernizing a product that was most-used by linear media buyers, but lacked key features that a typical DSP user would expect. SpotPlan would eventually be selected by AdExchanger as a finalist for the 2018 Best DSP award.

As a Senior PM at ADARA, I focused on building marquee features for self-service media buyers. ADARA focused on data, and Magellan, our Self Service DSP product helped customers reach the right traveler audience at the right time. I specifically helped define, launch, and scale a new Private Marketplace product offering, wherein buyers could access premium inventory via self-service.

As the Director of Product Management at CAKE, I began focusing on higher-level Product endeavors, including the definition of our long term roadmap and helping to shape overall strategic direction. In my role as Director, I created new processes to support proper roadmap definition, and roadmap socialization, as well as helping to crystalize a longer term product strategy for the organization.

As a Product Manager at CAKE, I focused on helping out Affiliate Network customers increase margin and overall utility in our products. I worked closely with our highest-value customers to understand the problems they faced, and worked with a talented engineering team to solve them. As a PM a CAKE, I also lead a number of critical integrations including fraud avoidance and publisher supply side integrations. These helped improve our core product offerings for existing customers, and opened up new incremental revenue opportunities as we added traffic sources.

At BrightScope, my core responsibilities revolved around defining, launching, and scaling BrightScope AdvisorPages, a product which helped Financial Advisors market their services to potential customers doing their due diligence. We focused on creating a light and intuitive portal for consumers to conduct research, and created value for financial advisors through premium features that helped them differentiate themselves and win new business.
