As a Security Professional, I manage a multitude of security clearance and related processes for hundreds of employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.I have a strong background in military intelligence and personnel security, having served as a Personnel Security Manager in the US Army, where I supervised security clearance processes for over 500 soldiers and received the Superior Academic Achievement award for graduating the Basic Leaders Course (BLC) with high honors. I hold an active clearance and I have completed coursework in Military Intelligence at Cochise College.I am a team player, a quick learner, and an adaptable professional, who is open to new experiences and work environments. I have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I am motivated by challenging and rewarding opportunities in the security and intelligence field.
