Receive inbound calls from customers. Answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested. Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately.Follow-up with participants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched. Knowledge of products Provide quality customer service on every call. Communicate clearly and effectively with participants. Promote good listening skills. Manage length of calls. Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls. Promote teamwork and call center success.

Opens customer accounts by recording account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.Identify and resolve client concerns.
