My name is Dylan Lauzon, a software engineer with a unique twist. Before diving into the tech world, I worked for about a decade in the music industry as a professional songwriter and musician. My career in music saw me touring internationally, performing for massive crowds, and even getting gold certified for my work (so I always have my webcam on to flex that gold record). I've always thrived in creative environments, whether I'm writing a hit song or coding an innovative solution.Transitioning from music to software development might seem a bit strange, but it's given me a fresh perspective and a knack for thinking outside the box. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science from Algoma University and have hands-on experience in various cutting-edge projects. From automating camera systems for spooky abandoned mines to developing web-enabled augmented reality site management tools, I've had the pleasure of tackling outside of the box problems with a creative and fun approach.I’m all about creating efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.
