Our organization employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to answer key business questions for a variety of clients spanning the healthcare, technology, retail, CPG, and financial services industries.As a Senior Research Director, I design, manage, analyze, and report on market research projects. My work involves methodologies like in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, and online surveys. This role has taken me across the country and the globe, and the custom nature of the research means no two projects are the same. Some of my favorite clients to work with are Eli Lilly, Dick’s Sporting Goods, OtterBox, Takeda, Sunovion, Butterball, Baxter, H&R Block, Chick-Fil-A, and Shell.I'm heavily involved in people development at TLG, leading 6-month training and direct mentoring for several colleagues over the past three years. I've assisted with pro bono work for organizations like Duke University and NC Child. I take part in internal initiatives around business development, company event planning, and research innovation.I now work remotely in Seattle, Washington, having moved in the summer of 2023.
