I am Dylan Nelson, an eager and determined Sophomore at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. I am currently a member of RedHawk Ventures a student-managed seed stage venture investment fund, Miami University Interfraternity Council, and Personal Finance Club here at Miami, however, I intend to build my campus involvement and promote intellectual growth by attending a diverse spectrum of clubs, career speakers, and workshops this year.This past summer, I worked as an Honor Caddy where I displayed analytical and quick decision-making, as well as active communication to resolve debates and promote member satisfaction. In this position, I built a deeper appreciation and curiosity toward the inner complexities of a business through conversations with CFOs, Senior Accountants, and Entrepreneurs in my 71 loops completed over the summer. My passion for numbers and building a true connection with those I meet drives me to expand my network and grow with hands-on experience through a summer internship.
