• Working as the help desk point of contact, it was critical to ensure classrooms are kept running smoothly.• Responsible for maintaining, managing, imaging and configuration of 350+ Apple iPads, 200+ Apple MacBook laptops and 70+ Windows devices. Key responsibility was to roll out system updates, requested applications and yearly student and staff computer refreshing. • Managed and utilized DeployStudio, macOS server, Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager for Apple device management. • Setup, configured and deployed a campus wide Cisco Meraki Network.• Scoped, planned, negotiated, and implemented several projects including the campus copier refresh.• Accountable for new user setup including Technology training and Office 365 setup.• With less than a weeks notice, deployed and trained 80 staff on an online learning solution using Zoom Meeting and D2L for all 560 students during an emergency province wide school closure, resulting in a 1 day turnaround for teachers to resume teaching.
