As a Behavior Intervention Teacher, I work closely with students and staff to help problem-solve negative behaviors in the classroom. This is done through tracking data, using restorative practices, and creating strong relationships with everyone in my building. I am involved in multidisciplinary teams that help guide instruction.

As a General Manager, I managed day to day operations which included; setting up jobs, estimating, payroll, communicating with customers, and staff.
