IT Technician III for Delaware North. While still relatively new to the IT world, I am proud of my accomplishments. Over the last two years I have obtained a AS in IST (Information Systems Technology), a AA in General Studies, as well as my Network+ and Security+. I continue to work hard on a daily basis in trying to learn something new to sharpen my craft and strive to better myself as an asset to the Delaware North team and as an IT professional as a whole.Prior to joining the Delaware North team, I spent 6 years in the United States Navy were I had the honor of proudly serving our great nation. I grinded my way up the ladder and became the work center supervisor for work center in VLA, obtaining any and all knowledge I could absorb. I was eventually noticed for my dedication and devotion to my peers and duties, and I was hand selected amongst a few others to the Meritorious Advancement Program where the Commanding Officer onboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) promoted me to the rank of E-5. I enjoy learning and pushing myself to get better. I utilize my skills in IT that I continue to sharpen daily and the priceless disciplines learned in the Navy to the forefront to complete whatever task is laid in front of me and I take on these tasks with an unparalleled eagerness.
