• Represents UNC at off -campus recruitment opportunities including college fairs, workshops, and community events.• Conducts follow-up activities and communications for targeted prospective students, applicants, and newly admitted students via email, mail, phone, text, and CRM system.• Manages two local and two national recruitment territories by maintaining a regular visitation schedule to high schools and attendance to national fairs in assigned regions.• Assisted with the execution of on-campus recruitment related events such as campus visits, group tours and large-scale events. This entails presenting to large audiences and providing general support for the events.• Provides admissions guidance and advice to prospective students, applicants, and newly admitted students via email, telephone, video conferencing, mail, and direct in-office communication.

• Assisted the marketing staff with planning, preparation, organization and execution of athletic promotions for Division I Athletics.• Conducted market research to help generate new event ideas and engagement opportunities within the UNC community.

I was chosen as a student ambassador and visit assistant and represent the University by giving tours to prospective students and working within the Office of Admissions. Our program is involved with both campus and community wide events that take place throughout the academic year and our goal is to ensure people understand UNC's core values.

Called prospective students to inquire about their admissions decision to UNC. Served as an Outreach Enrollment Coach for over 100 students.
