-Assigned project to identify and provide solutions for carton defects within the facility-Implemented diagrams and coaching to associates to limit number of defects-Attended meetings daily with other managers to help building reach its highest standard of capability

-Worked with crews ranging from two to ten people painting and resurfacing tennis and basketball courts-Traveled throughout the northeast to clients-Learned how to book and coordinate hotel rooms effectively

- Packaged materials and boxed them to be shipped off- Learned how the supply chain works in the Dicks Sporting Good’s company, where and how everything runs- Very flexible while working, some days would work on the shipping side and others I would work on store side packing and sending different merchandise to stores

- Watched kids ages seven through ten, around twenty kids and made sure they followed camp policies while providing a fun environment - Worked with other camp counselors ensuring the safety of the campers- Learned to work with adults making sure their kids were safe while also kids went home with the correct guardian
