Selected as Co-Chair of the LGBTQIA business resource group for the Utah/Idaho/Wyoming region.Major initiatives included: developed HR communications and employer marketing/branding strategy for the newly centralized HR department, created the company's first ever recruitment advertising campaign, led communications and change management through a reduction-in-force (RIF), co-created the enterprise employee experience department and strategy, implemented employer reputation model, revamped the employee handbook and code of the conduct/ethics and its review process, developed a communication strategy for the COVID-19 pandemic, and launched new career sites to create a better user experience and enhanced data analytics.

Led all marketing, branding, communication, advertising and digital media of the Chestnut Labs business unit. Major initiatives included: launched co-branded marketing campaign to target new markets; developed a customer experience management program; worked with management team to implement team building initiatives and employee engagement; and identified new market segments for entry and growth.
