Lead a multi-team and multi-product project for a Logistic client from France, starting with 5 people and made it grow up to 33 people split into 4 scrum teams. Successfully put the system into production in over 25 countries, replacing a legacy system. In charge of managing technical aspects of the project (architecture, integrations with external systems, etc). Technical lead for a logistic operations management product for a client in France. The product was originally split into different sub-projects handled by different vendors. I overtook the project mid-way, integrated and merged them, which allowed to add features much faster, and to deploy them into production easier. My responsibilities included design and architecture, coding of critical modules, team management, client interaction and requirements definition.
