Led and jointly directed a team of designers, writers, and marketing communications professionals as part of the office of marketing and communications. Managed Loyola’s brand and visual identity across all media. Responsible for supporting creative needs across the university, including advancement, enrollment, academic affairs, and athletics.• Continuously improved and updated Loyola brand strategy and creative for print, digital, physical spaces, and customer experience• Consulted with key enrollment and advancement colleagues to achieve results including, growth of undergraduate enrollment by 15% from 2005-2016, and increased annual giving by 207% to $12.9M in 2018• Used data analytics to assess and optimize marketing and creative effectiveness across print and digital platforms • Championed and lead the development of Loyola’s first digital viewbook mobile app for iOS devices• Led creative initiatives for rebranding and renaming Loyola in 2009, and a brand update in 2018• Directly supervised a team of five and hired external creative providers and consultants when needed• Worked directly with university leadership, including the president’s office, on marketing and communications initiatives
