Country Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist, Hungary
Current▪ Supporting Head of Country HR in the development of solutions that enable the TMOD strategy and support the business strategy▪ Adapt TMOD tools/processes/programs to meet the needs of the organizational unit▪ Collect and report TMOD performance data according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating Figures▪ Manage providers in projects and processes for the CoE as needed within the Business Area /BU/Country▪ Provide Vendor Management where applicable for vendors in the area of responsibility▪ Act as first point of contact and known expert for the TMOD topic▪ Drive community management with assigned partners (e.g. locations) platforms such as ConNext, regional calls, and program calls▪ Monitoring and reporting progress on TMOD processes within area of responsibility▪ Participate in projects within the larger TMOD organization▪ Implement Leadership Development Program to the shopfloor▪ Develop communication material and keep stakeholders informed using multiple channels and technologies▪ Design and communicate guidelines and general conditions together with stakeholders
