•⁠ Management of the activities of all subsystems in the Human Resources area at the Planaltina/GO Unit (approximately 100 employees); •⁠ Reporting directly to the HR Director, with interface to Corporate HR and the Unit Manager; •⁠ Implementation and management of the Manager Development Program, with the purpose of developing the skills of leaders and working in the areas: behavioral, innovation and business; •⁠ Implementation and management of the 5S program in the unit; •⁠ Implementation and management of social actions with the local community around the factory to improve community involvement and satisfaction; with support and partnership from city hall and local bodies; •⁠ Management of the unit's Organizational Development Planning and Annual Training Plan; •⁠ Work together with the Factory Manager and other managers, participating in routine factory management meetings, providing data related to HR and understanding the needs of each area to improve business results; •⁠ End-to-end Recruitment and Selection of all positions in the unit, working from onboarding to offboarding; •⁠ Monitoring and management of the Onboarding process in the integration of new employees; •⁠ Ensure the application of Operational Excellence Tools defined in corporate planning; •⁠ Scope with direct involvement in DHO routines for all areas of the unit, with operationalization of internal programs, research and maintenance of the organizational climate, talent retention, community relations aiming to meet the demands of internal and external customers and support of the business; •⁠ Participate in the preparation of Strategic Planning, aligning people management strategies with business management strategies; •⁠ Acting in compliance with policies, activities, procedures and routines related to Personnel; •⁠ Direct management of contracts with partners for Human Resources routines.

•⁠ Expertise in various HR subsystems, such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, HR Indicators, Salary Policy, Benefits Policy, Climate Management, Communication, among others; •⁠ Direct work with the transport area, more specifically with the company's drivers, with the principle of creating a safe, productive and harmonious work environment, with the aim of reducing labor liabilities, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and supporting employees fleet managers from different regions of Brazil; •⁠ Adequacy of the company’s training and development policy; •⁠ Working on benefits policy within the company; •⁠ Performance and standardization of internal and external recruitment and selection processes at different hierarchical levels, using different recruitment vehicles and conducting interviews based on competence; •⁠ Application, correction and preparation of psychological test reports applied in the company; •⁠ Ensure compliance with the budget plan of the Human Resources sector, through the establishment and monitoring of management information and control of personnel costs; •⁠ Climate research and management in the merger of two companies - Tora Transportes and Usifast Logística, with the aim of monitoring and minimizing the impacts of the integration of the two companies.
