I have begun to find ways to gain knowledge of industries through Springpod such Volvo trucks and currently looking to find more. My school has given us the opportunity to communicate with employers from Skanska which has allowed me to get an idea of what civil engineers do. This has also given me the chance to see how versatile and interesting engineering is and how much they are needed within this society, which has driven my need to become a car designer and have a chance to design vehicles that could help out transport system and our planet. I look forward to achieving within my school and outside my school by allowing my passion to guide me to my goals. Being EDI has allowed students to feel free to communicate with me wether it’s virtually or in person. Their ideas are always mentioned and heard within the school giving everyone a voice. Developing this skill of being trustworthy will be needed for me in the future as co-workers will need to be able to trust me and my work so that there could be positive outcomes as a team. Other companies will also need to be able to trust me to make sure collaborations end in mutual agreements without doubts.
