I am an energetic and self-motivated professional who began my HR canvas over 23 years ago in New Jersey. If you took a look at my masterpiece today, you will see snow-capped mountains, lakes, beaches, and beautiful seasonal foliage as my career journey has taken me across the country and back. My portfolio encompasses overall strategic partnership & consulting to include training and development, organizational development, multi-state employment law and compliance, policy development and implementation, performance management, employee relations, and leadership and management coaching.I am passionate about contributing to the success of others and helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent. In addition to my accomplishments in HR, I have also provided training and career development services for more than ten years through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, group workshops, and educational seminars for high school and college students, as well as managers of both corporate and nonprofit organizations.When I am not working on my HR canvas, you will find me out and about embracing and volunteering in the community as I am also passionate about helping others and giving back.
