Ed Dixon is a Senior Business Analyst at Cumberland Building Society. Colleagues describe him as "I had the pleasure of managing Ed whilst in his role of Digital Development Manager at Brathay. During that time Ed was solely responsible for developing and implementing a significant number of digital solutions that took the organisation from some very manual/timeconsuming processes into the world of online and digital tools. Ed developed good techniques to help in identifying and understanding the business needs, working within the limitations of a small team (and budget) and delivering real business benefit. Ed faced challenges along the way, always solution focussed and with a good amount of patience and persistence to get things done he was a pleasure to manage. Whilst being gifted technically, Ed is also very approachable and helpful with others who need more support in getting to grips with technology. As the person in charge of Marketing at the time, Ed always checked in with me on what he was doing, but very rapidly proved that he was more than cable of making the right decisions and came up with many great ideas, designs and campaigns that were impressive. Whilst Ed has now moved more into IT-related areas, I'm sure he will be bringing the same level of intelligence, innovation and expertise to his work."
