After almost two decades in the Automotive industry I felt it was the right time to redirect my focus on a long time passions of mine, Real Estate. I made a huge investment in my self and acquired a small apartment complex. Well, that was the easy part in truth I learned a whole lot about the industry, like the eviction process, contractor negotiations, project management, marketing, landlord laws, leasing contracts, and a whole new side of marketing. Today my apartments are 100% occupied and fully renovated.
