As a research assistant and PhD in Physics at University of Kaiserslautern, I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and applications of III/V semiconductors. I have more than three years of experience in conducting in-situ characterization of these materials during dry-etching, using techniques such as Reflectance anisotropy spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy.I also have a strong background in electrical engineering and materials science, with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in these fields from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Brazil. During my studies, I worked with graphene and 2D materials transfer methods to different substrates and processing and characterization of semiconductor waveguides. I have developed skills in data analysis, waveguide, and free space optics, which I apply to my current research projects. My goal is to contribute to the development of novel and efficient devices based on graphene and III/V semiconductors for optical communication and sensing.
