Key responsibilities in Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness for this $19 billion financial services institution. Served member banks, with 3,000 employees in 11 states. Responsible for the design and implementation of major sales, change management and HR initiatives to transform their strategic direction and culture. Using 44 consultants and front line employee teams, successfully led and implemented a multi-million dollar initiative to transform the sales culture and strategic direction of 18 member banks. This project resulted in the first increase in market share in 14 years, and a 92% customer satisfaction rating. Successfully led the reorganization of 10 banks, including HR systems, service delivery channels, process improvements, talent identification and management structure. These improvements realized a 20% productivity gain (using the same staffing levels).
