Our mission is to raise $100,000 to allow the Idlib Center to expand and move to a bigger, brighter space, hire full time staff, and purchase the necessary equipment to help the children optimize their therapy to reach their full potential. The Priyanka Foundation (www.thepriyankafoundation.org) is a U.S.- based global nonprofit organization whose purpose is to serve terminally and chronically ill children and families by operating Child Life and Development Programs in hospitals worldwide. A Child Life Center works with these children and families to minimize the stress they feel during hospital stays or visits to the clinics, emergency rooms, radiology and surgery. This allows for a more holistic approach in medical care to help the child’s mind relax while the young body is healing.
