Responsible for 95 bed skilled nursing facility for clinical pathway management of Residents.Monitor/Report/intervene on any Residents at risk for potential Negative outcomes through daily and weekly meetings.Manage costs, hours/time of Nursing Dept on shift by shift basis.Continual education of staff and Residents for quality care care outcomes.Monitor and assess quality of care according to State/Federal Regulations.Participate in studies and reporting to measure nursing outcomes for the betterment of Patient care.

24hr staffing, manage Nursing budget, oversee clinical and direct care, staff/patient education, involved in MDS 3.0, careplanning, staff teaching, communication with MD's, wound rounds, QAPI meetings etc..ordering/ monitoring patient rental equipment, participation in Nursing and Medical studies...

Oversee and manage Nursing Dept according to acuity, staffing , census - maintain budget without causing adverse effects. Time management of Nursing personnel.
