Led recruitment efforts for our Supply Chain Management Development Program and supported various intern roles including Marketing, R&D, Finance, and HR internships. My colleagues and I built relationships at key campuses and ran our summer intern program at 6 of our business locations throughout the country. We led the on-boarding process, facilitated manager and mentor trainings, planned various personal and professional development sessions, and organized social events throughout the summer. Served as a business consultant to write incremental product orders, build relationships with key personnel, and create strategic merchandising plans. Configured clients for an online financial advising system. Utilized a financial portfolio review tool to plan and design client reviews. Analyzed data through working with ING and other companies to research financial securities.
