Great challenge as plant manager of a site of about 150 employee.Some key organizational changes in the plant, new layout, productivity and “on time delivery” improvements.

As business development manager for Military&Helicopter (M&H) I define the business development strategy for M&H products of the European sites (Italy, France and UK) in agreement with the valuestream general manager. Through the strategic analisys I define the core product lines and the related approach to increase revenues and margins, managing the M&H portfolio and rationalizing the M&H product lines. I'm also in charge of coordinating the necessary marketing activities to improve customer relationship.

I'm the Integrated Product Team Leader of two running anti-ice valves programs with a new team structure. The programs are the new “A320neo” Airbus aircraft and the first Mitsubishi “MRJ” aircraft. The team consists of elements from each departments (manufacturing engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, product development) for a total of 11 members. My team achieved to bring “A320neo” program to production phase with appropriate parts producibility to reach “A320neo” volumes.

I led AgustaWestland AW169 program as Engineering Project Leader from the very beginning to production phase with a team of 5 professionals coming from product development department.We developed AW169 helicopter primary actuators with a complete new design never done before in Microtecnica.We managed to achieved the very demanding schedule required by the customer (12 months from the program award to customer prototypes shipment).We recovered firm reliability demonstrating the ability to respect the commitments and delivering a state of the art product.

I developed my experience on technical documentation (qualification test program, qualification test report and failure investigation) analyzing deeply the engineering of the products.

I worked with the plant director organizing shop floor kaizen with the aim of optimizing production through lean principles.
