I am currently a technical support specialist at 7-Eleven, where I provide remote and on-site assistance to store systems across multiple locations.In my role, I use various tools and cloud technology to monitor and resolve network or equipment issues, enhance system efficiency and performance, and manage multiple support tickets. I also collaborate with third-party vendors, order parts, and contribute to the knowledge base.
