I teach 4 courses of marine science to 9th graders. I also teach one course of pre-engineering to 7th graders.

It is my responsibility to really know the aquarium. As the last stop on a customer's tour of the aquarium, it is my job to ensure that their visit was as superb as possible. This includes helping to find merchandise to carry home as well as pointing them in the correct direction of exhibits that they may have missed. This position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and patience.

As the first person customers encounter, it was my responsibility to ensure they were satisfied with the quality of service they received. I was also responsible for coordinating the to-go services. The position required the ability to multitask, communicate effectively and think on my feet.
