Eamon is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across international organisations in the private, public, and semi state sectors in Ireland and abroad.In his role as CFO of Aer Rianta International cpt (ARI), Eamon lead the acquisition teams in major investments, including Birmingham International Airport. As CEO of AR,I he successfully lead an extensive international business portfolio of airport investments and airport retailing by building a strong company culture, a committed flexible leadership team, and effective strategies. He developed valuable influencing and risk management skills while straddling the line between rigorous governance and risk demands of a semi state subsidiary and building a highly successful company in very competitive and challenging markets. He has significant board experience having held executive, non-executive, and chairmanship roles in numerous boards in Ireland, Europe, Middle East, India, and the former CIS.
