Senior Analyst working for the BI department of the Earthquake Commission (EQC) in New Zealand. The BI department provides analytical, interpretive and information management support that assists management decisions and EQC’s external reporting requirements. It provides factual and interpretive business reports on both a regular basis and in response to specific requests.The role of the Senior Analyst is to:• identify and promote measures to ensure the integrity of the organisation’s data• contribute to the development and maintenance of systems and processes that facilitate effective information management within the organisation• facilitate the reporting of organisational performance through application of sound information practices• develop and maintain key performance indicators of organisational performance, including analysis of trends in the indicators• assist internal and external stakeholders through the supply and interpretation of information related to EQC’s performance

Barclays Insurance Dublin (BID) is a part of Barclays Bank PLC. It is based in Dublin, Ireland and is the underwriter for creditor insurance for Barclays Bank PLC and its subsidiaries. BID provides creditor insurance products for personal loans, credit cards, current account and standalone insurance.Role was to provide Technical leadership in the areas of Information Technology to BID and act as Senior Technical point-of-contact across Barclays. Assist in the design and implementation of IT solutions and infrastructure. Interface with external suppliers of IT services to the company. Adhere to guidelines in respect of Data Security and Information Security.Responsibilities include:Provide leadership in the area of Information Technology on technical issues. Provide input and advice in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure.Providing management information to key stakeholders both within BID and, across into UK retail bank and Barclaycard.
