For the last 3 years I have been the product owner for two products from pre-silicon planning to release to customers. Responsible for a team of >8 engineers ensuring we met and exceeded all quality and KPI goals working within an AGILE working model. This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement with teams in multiple global locations to define test program features and schedule, address requests and communicate clearly issues and conflicts. Developing the technical knowledge and skills of my team is a strength of mine - both teams had junior engineers, so I spent significant time hands on driving debug sessions as well as using my data analysis skills to quickly comprehend the scope and scale of issues or new requests.

Working as a senior engineer on complex products with responsibilities in all aspects of testing from hardware development, test program infrastructure, content creation and debug. During this time I had a particular focus on DC, Power, thermal control and frequency/voltage performance, elevated voltage + temperature stress testing and v-f characterisation on microserver products. New test method to extract on die thermal readings in real time to enable safe testing of high power chips at elevated temperature and voltages. I worked as a yield engineer reporting to a team in Israel with responsibility for developing and delivering yield roadmaps for 3 products. This was an intensive data analysis and modelling role, regularly reporting out to high level management and working with diverse stakeholders to meet and exceed aggressive targets. Having to rapidly deep dive into the technical details of issues across DC,Digital, Analog test methods to understand problems and be able to explain the impact and direct next steps to a less technical audience was one of my favourite parts of this role.

I developed my skills and knowledge of post silicon testing and problem-solving methodologies working on multiple test program modules across several products and processes. I was sent on relocation to Portland, Oregon, US for a year to work on the DC module qualification for a new tester platform. I converted a V93K test program from an external team to work on an Intel test platform. Standardized and scripted (JMP) the data analysis for DC modules on a CPU family of products and lead the debug of a complex issue resulting in burns to the test interface probes to root cause and fix. Travelled to Israel to qualify a new test interface unit.
