I was invited to join Axia to start their digital apprenticeship offer, recruiting learners, developing resources and schemes of work and delivering the training, including introducing a remote delivery model.I support learners in developing their skills and deliver effectively for their employer in all aspects of digital marketing covering every stage of the customer lifecycle. I also manage relationships with Employers, Apprentices and other key stakeholders to drive progression.Highlights from my role include:• Develop, plan and deliver Digital Marketer & Management Apprenticeships and developed Essential Digital Skills short courses• Support the business’ own marketing, business generation and recruitment of apprentices• Impart knowledge to the senior management team, in relation to digital and technology areas

In my latest role with the company, I led the day-to-day operational management of this successful digital agency, managing a team of 20 employees, covering performance management, coaching and recruitment.I delivered consultancy meetings with blue-chip clients to develop and implement marketing strategies; creating, developing and managing campaigns for high profile clients.Highlights from my role include:• Collaborated with a business coach to create and develop a high performing management team within the business and was responsible for managing change within the organisation• Delivering YoY turnover increase (regularly above 50%) • The business being selected in a list of 100 World-class creative talents by UKTI• Winning The Sentinel's International Trade Award 2015

As Project Manager, I was responsible for ensuring projects ran smoothly and achieved expected outcomes for clients and the business. I led a studio team of 12 with an average of 25 active projects at any one point. I managed international projects for the EU and Garmin as well as national projects for the NHS, Bidvest and various SMEs.

In my first role with the firm (then branded as SurveyDigital), I was responsible for designing, building and reporting on online marketing activity for clients. I provided quality assurance on multi-language campaigns and implemented a CRM system to improve communication and streamline the sales process. I was instrumental in the rebranding and pivoting of the business into a digital marketing agency, utilising the business’ existing skills to access a wider market.
