- Manage/Improve the SHMS at the Greenhouse and all retail locations- Create reporting functions for all incidents- Oversee the RCA and Corrective Actions for any incident- Create training presentations (i.e. walking working surfaces, spill kit training, Hazcom, Machine Guarding, etc.)- Perform Job Hazard Analysis on all routine tasks for the company- Oversee all post-harvest activities for my shift- Calculate cycle time and takt time to find staffing needs- Train employees to set-up, tear down, and make mid run adjustments for the auto-bagger and apehex- Reduce wastes in process such as changeover time, over processing, and motion among others- Write, maintain, and improve SOPs and ensure that all 5s standards are being maintained- Train team members on equipment and processes in the MIPs department including distillate mixing/homogenization, Thompson Duke cartridge filler, Infused pre-roll process, and terpene extraction- Train team members how to operate and understand good quality from Triminator and M9 sorter- Ensure all product/inventory data has been correctly entered in the METRC database- Use lean principles to foster continuous improvement in work cell design and to eliminate waste

- Maintain and improve GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures, and Operator Instructions- Direct and coordinate hourly employees across the department- Perform failure analysis to determine failure modes to equipment, method, or manpower using lean tools such as root cause analysis, 5why, fishbone diagrams, etc- Implement short- and long-term process improvement plants as a result of failure analysis conclusions- Lead monthly crew meetings to discuss safety, KPIs, month end results, and future expectations- Coordinate union employee schedule and evaluate production schedule to determine staffing needs- Implement new processes to improve workflow and reduce waste- Coordinate and deliver all new hire and contractor safety orientations- Implement the peer-to-peer observations form, record and make corrective actions from results- Review all Potentially Severe Injury or Fatality (PSIFs) submissions, assign corrective actions, follow up until resolved- Weekly walkthrough of the entire facility to look for PPE compliance, chemical storage, and any other safety concerns
