I am a Board-Certified Physician and Medical Director dedicated to improving patient care and value-based initiatives. During my tenure at Clover Health, I worked in both the Medicare Advantage and Direct Contracting lines of business to foster relationships with key stakeholders and to promote financial and partnership growth. While at Clover, I also served as the lead clinician who, in conjunction with the technology team, designed a patented mobile app that served as a decision tool to assist hospitalists in saving on hospital admission costs.My earlier career achievements included starting and running a successful full-service cosmetic surgery practice wherein, in addition to serving as director of clinical medicine, I also served as director of marketing, finance and practice growth.I began my physician career working as an emergency physician in one of Philadelphia's busiest trauma centers, Albert Einstein Medical Center, where I worked as a clinician and resident teacher for 21 years. Finally, I served as a Medical Director for a Hyperbaric medical facility and an exam grader for the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
