Since we both started the program the same quarter, we wound up sharing many classes together. Earl is very friendly, and has a sense of wit about him that can easily make people laugh. He is also extremely bright. I often found myself making sure I was keeping pace with Earl in my own progress of knowledge, as well as in grades. I was proud to be right behind him at graduation, graduating with the Highest Honors notation just like him. I worked with him on multiple teams in multiple courses, and he was very easy to work with. We rarely had to teach concepts to each other, as we both would put in the hours needed for studying every night. Our projects basically consisted of getting together, establishing a plan to reach the goal, splitting the plan in half between the two of us, then executing the plan - and it always just worked at the end in the testing phase, because me and Earl are so meticulous with our work. Kind, hardworking, friendly, dedicated, and intelligent - you couldn't ask for better combination of traits in a person. I am sure Earl is succeeding far beyond expectations in his current role at SCJ Alliance, and they would do well to ensure he remains happy there with room for growth, because he is an asset and I would recommend him for any job he felt qualified to pursue."
