I Plan our work day withTeamsters,Operators and Labour crews.Load and ship materials,forms and hardware to multiple job sites.Safety always the most important and planned step of the day-We plan our work,then work the plan.A clean worksite is a SAFE worksite.We also maintain and clean trailers,washcars and offices.Crane(overhead,RT,Broderson) lifts are also done.I also check a few key areas around site for problems.Timecards costcodes and days report end my day.

Plan worker and public safety when setting up multiple lane,ramp,intersection closures-diversions etc.Plan with the crews how to set up closures,with the mindset that no one gets hurt.All closures documented and provided to workers as reference and/or reminder of the planned set-up.Inform MOL,OPP,Workers and the public of questions or problems they may have,and explain procedures and precautions that must be taken to ensure everyones safety.
