Performs repairs on note books, desktops and LFF systems, tear down and replace parts in the system and trouble shoot and diagnose problems in a wide range of systems, and provides quality customer service to internal customers. Company 37Performs a computer test for updated software to be added, and also what is not fixed by EMR, I am responsible for making the system pass. If the system fails it is then sent to intel for further evaluation. This is a scrap location, and most of the systems we receive are damaged and need to be evaluated. The systems that pass are then put into a pod and shipped off to buyers at a discounted price.PC Doctor Performs a software check on every system received including; laptops, desktops and all in ones. These are sent to two locations EMR and Burn. It is sent to EMR for repair and the computers that are sent to Burn have to be tested again to be shipped out.
