I have worked in East Central Illinois providing physical therapy services to children, with the aim of assisting them with improving their independent functioning to as full extent as possible. In 1996 I obtained board certification as a Pediatric Clinical Specialist, and have successfully maintained this distinction, with my next recertification due in 2026. I have worked across many settings including pediatric neonatal intensive care, hospital in-, and out patient services, schools, home care and early intervention services, making a difference and improving outcomes to the best of my abilities. Currently I am focused on improving the provision of pediatric services at Carle Therapy Services as the Pediatric Lead, and with school services at VASE on improved outcomes.
