The primary purpose of this position is to provide subject matter expertise to the Air Force Communications Squadron at Fort Meade, MD. Manage implementation of IT projects and ensure architecture, configuration, and integration conformity. Monitor project funds, determine implementation and support activities, coordinate and forward acquisition documents, prepare for site surveys, and determine adequacy and correctness of IT project packages and amendments. Monitors project status and reports status to leadership, assists implementation teams, ensures availability of logistic support, monitors the status of civil engineer work requests, and manages/maintains system installation records, files, and indexes. Determine impact of scope changes to schedule and cost, prepare IT assessments, ensure technical solutions integrate with existing or proposed systems, and control/manage project milestones and budget from inception to completion.• Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives to gain results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within the scope of the project• Establish close working relationships with internal/external team members and other liaisons as needed to implement designs and/or processes to accomplish the project• Support the management and coordination of all aspects of project development, including the initiation, prioritization and resolution of change requests and problems• Update and maintain recurring project deliverables, files, and records• Analyze all aspects of the project’s outcome, deliverables, and readiness within the projects scope to enable the unit’s mission• Ability to plan, execute, manage, and report on one or more assigned projects through successful completion• Identify, track, and manage issues and risks to assigned projects; build corrective and mitigation plans while monitoring project to a timely completion

• Assist in the development, coordination, preparation and execution of Visual Information (VI). • Assist in the execution of Basic Operation Course (BOC)that provides a foundational understanding of the U.S. Navy’s organization, capabilities, command and control, operations, doctrine, policies and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. • Participates in exercise planning meetings.

• Managed 31 sailors in critical operational duties as Track Data Coordinator, Common Operational Picture management, Search and Rescue, Medevacs and exercise event scheduling. • Supervised 28 Sailors whom were responsible for scheduling, directing aircraft and surface assets in support of Military training Routes and hazardous naval training events for joint forces operating in 112,000 miles of sea and air operating area on the eastern seaboard. • Responsible for coordination in the planning and execution phases of live-fire events supporting the Fleet Readiness Training Plan cycle for 2nd Fleet deploying forces. •. Managed 130 security clearances utilizing JPAS and DISS for the command, additionally initiated clearances, enforced security policies and procedures for 170 Sailors and DOD personnel. Conducted security training and North Atlantic Treaty Organization read on for all newly reported personnel. •. Performed Command level Physical and Personnel security to include, creating security badges, inspecting safes, controlled areas, offices, and in/out processing personnel. •. Developed and managed command training program. Facilitated lectures and disseminated required Navy and DOD training and ensured 100% completion for 170 personnel in accordance with set directives and orders. •. Maintained GMT/ESAMS training as Training Officer, for 17 Sailors keeping official naval records updated and 100% concurrent.

Taught personnel the principles of Command and Control, how to manage Common Operating Picture, generate sitreps and utilize external communication systems in a Joint Operations Center. • Coordinated weekly staff briefings for the Admiral utilizing PowerPoint and ensured operation briefs were timely and accurate.•.
