Some of my most memorable projects have been helping organizations get more out of their data, such as developing an analytical risk model that improved the detection of insider trading for a financial regulator, and developing automated scorecards to evaluate healthcare provider performance (costs, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and outcomes). At home, I make spreadsheets for everything and spend way too much of my free time forecasting and modeling for my hockey pool (I'm the defending champion).I have been a part of several large business transformation / technology enablement projects covering claims management, permitting & licensing, and enterprise content management in a variety of roles. I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management. I recently provided risk and strategy advice to a Workers' Compensation Board during their multi-year transformation.I have my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and recently used Lean techniques to help a commercial mortgage lender improve their lending process efficiency and effectiveness.Through a series of acquisitions, I worked at small (RPO Management Consultants), medium (SECOR Consulting) and very large (KPMG) firms for almost 15 years. Prior to joining Cascadia Partners I founded Earl Gordon Advisory. My clients have mostly been in the public sector, and I have significant experience working with Health Authorities and Health Ministries, Workers' Compensation Boards, and medical laboratories.
