Maintain detailed system documentation and make strategic recommendations for hardware and software purchases. Coordinate installations and provide backup recovery solutions to safeguard data and operations. Develop and enforce policies and standards related to the use of computing resources, optimizing allocation and usage. Offer expert advice and training to end-users, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize systems efficiently. Adhere to best practices in system administration and support, continually enhancing knowledge of related hardware and software. Occasionally perform network management, Defense Travel System (DTS) operations, information assurance, and logistics duties to support overall IT infrastructure and organizational goals.
