I am an experienced Time to Think coach and facilitator, based on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. As a former GP I worked in many different roles, as a partner, salaried doctor, locum and most recently as clinical lead for a social enterprise working with vulnerable groups, providing NHS primary care within an integrated model, including street medicine. I studied Medicine as a second degree, having initially qualified as a dentist and completing jobs in Maxillofacial Surgery.I have benefited hugely from coaching and mentoring throughout my career and in recent years coaching has had a transformational effect on my work and home life. This motivated me to train as a coach, initially with Health Education England and I now provide coaching for medical trainees through their scheme in Yorkshire and Humber. I have been involved in several coaching and mentoring initiatives within the NHS Leadership Academy and YORLMC. I love to work alongside nature, to coach individuals and facilitate small group gatherings in easeful spaces where we can all do our best thinking.
