NPI projects management to ensure the Product Quality, Reliability and Manufacturability. Coordinate with PUR/SQE for NPI Material readiness. Coordinate with RD to finish Product Verification forEMC/Reliability/Safety/SQA/Certifications. Implement quality metrics to drive end-to-end continuous improvement, provide continuous feedback and report documentation to design and NPI organizations on the status of all supplier product performance. Utilize root cause analysis to effect product or process changes required to increase product yield and reliability. Initiate and manage the Supplier Corrective Action process . Ensure that suppliers have developed and executed manufacturing quality control plan (Quality Plan) to insure compliance of product to all established specifications

Develop marketing and promotion plan based on market research and provide strategy to overcome market problems Industry competition analysis and Product development strategy. New product project / marketing plan and execution. Control all the process till to product launch。

 Developed and pitched a plan for an innovative science education product. Developed, marketed and sold a full range of science education products, including works and goods. Researched public perception of products and services and used information gathered to guide strategy development. Prepared income statements and balance sheets and projected cash flow. Planned, implemented, monitored, and assessed a classroom instructional program which was consistent with Capistrano Unified District regulations and Board of Education goals. Developed and taught lessons on relevant children's books, poems, movies and themes to promote student interest. Developed program to work with students and increase interest in higher learning.

 Troubleshot electrical equipment problems such as electro-valves and sensors. Assisted in engineering projects for application and distribution lighting and power systems. Created plans for solar energy system development, monitoring and evaluation activities. 2nd tier power account demand creation(AC DC power for Adaptor, Server, LED lighting, Charger) Power related failure analysis, provide solutions and work with suppliers for implementation.  Fabricated specific HDMI , USB3.0 , Display ,DVI production Line Tester Fixture desing component parts and assemblies. Recorded the respective measurements for each project.
