We developed product demos and prepared to establish an energy storage joint venture with Gotion Hi-Tech, a top 3 LFP battery company in China, and planned to develop German and South American markets. 2. Investigate and develop projects related to hydrogen energy, deeply communicated with the government, VC funds and many R&D institutions or teams for water electrolysis system, type IV hydrogen storage tank, fuel cell stack, MEA and catalysts production. Developed extensive network in hydrogen power field in China.

Explored the new retail model of O2O chain stores. Directly operated two hot-pot food stores, and tried to develop a business model of 2C prefabricated food offline chain stores. Studied and practiced various modes to obtain, retain, activate and increase the volume of customers, and established and operated private customer pool of an offline store. However, the direction was abandoned due to improper time window, similar players such as Guoquan had raised too much money to beat.

Co-founder of the community group-buy platform "Squirrel Pinpin", which ranked third in China. Assisted the CEO to raise nearly 60 million USD of financing. Responsible for the company's strategic analysis, platform operation, commodity center, logistics operation, community operation, quality control and other business lines. Within three months, the company's employees expanded to 1500, including more than 300 people in my team. Run business in more than 50 cities, organized more than ten thousands WeChat groups, developed thousands of goods on the shelves every day, and the monthly GMV exceeded 100 million yuan. The project failed because of capital chain rupture in round C financing.
