- Strategically plan human resource strategies in support of organizational goal- Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity- Demonstrate ability to use data and statistics to solve real-world HR problems- Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources- Structure competitive compensation packages, and measure their success

- Provides HR expertise and takes action to ensure legal compliance. Maintains up-to-date compliance, postings, and communications- Writes, revises, edits and distributes company policies & procedures and related documents as needed- Conducts employee meetings regarding benefits, policies, and other HR information- Will develop a recruiting strategy for the organization and will be responsible for the implementation of that strategy

- Expert sourcer who has a passion for finding the perfect candidate- Designs, implements, and executes effective executive search process, including but not limited to developing recruitment strategy, managing the search firm relationship, recruiting, screening, and metrics- Prepares and delivers appropriate updates to HR Leadership and Executive Team regarding strategy and status- Performs scrupulous research, industry calibration, and reference checking while simultaneously managing multiple projects in a large, fast-paced, and complex environment

- Assists in organizational training and development efforts- Provide HR administrative tasks and other duties as assigned- Conduct surveys and analyze data and generate reports as required- Support recruiting and staffing activities

- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
